Software Developer – (Contract with conversion potential)

This role is for one of Tonka Source’s best clients, Rayus Radiology.  

Rayus is a well-established leader in advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology (think X-rays, MRI, Ultrasounds – medical imaging).

The Role
As a Software Developer you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, supporting, and upgrading systems and applications used by patients, physicians, Rayus Radiology as well as hospital administrators.

Tech Stack
.NET Core
Dapper (ORM)

– Recent or soon graduate in computer science or similar field
– Knowledge / course study of http protocol (eg. stateless, request/response, rest services, http verbs)
– Knowledge / course study of website monitoring / trouble shooting (eg. logging other tools)

Contract to Hire
This role offers to both you the developer and Rayus Radiology a “try before you commit” contract to hire relationship.  
At the end of your contract, one of three things will occur.

  1. You’ll be offered a full time permanent position
  2. You’ll may decide to stay on as a contractor.
  3. You will decide to move on from Rayus and pursue other opportunities

This role will initially be a hybrid remote-onsite role as you gain knowledge of Rayus systems, standards, development processes and procedures. The % of remote hours should increase as your experience gains.
