Last year they successfully completed 14 acquisitions and are on track for 6+ more this year. This is a great opportunity to join a company, driving significant growth, set to achieve $1B, in sales, by 2025, through organic growth and acquisition.

All States has a multi-channel, multi-brand e-commerce presence that represents a significant amount of the company’s total annual revenue. As ASAP continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated leader to drive our e-commerce operations to expand our market share and increase our sophistication in the e-commerce space.

The Story

  • Farmers throughout the world own millions of dollars worth of equipment and when it’s time to harvest, there can’t be delays because a piece of equipment failed or broke down, it has to get fixed ASAP.
  • There are a handful of part suppliers throughout the world these farmers rely on to purchase these parts and expedite shipping.
  • All States Ag Parts is a leader among these suppliers.

The Role

  • Reporting directly to the President of ASP, the Direct of E-commerce Operations is a critical resource for driving the digital strategy and operational leadership.
  • Responsible for driving eCommerce operations, including revenue and margin
  • Increase market share across all digital channels
  • Develop, execute vision | strategy across multiple brands and multiple websites
  • Creating and adhering to the e-commerce marketing budget;
  • Build and lead a team of e-commerce professionals
  • Monitoring, Measuring, and Reporting on effectiveness of e-commerce spend

Background

  • 5+ years e-commerce operational leadership
  • Experience with B2B | B2C (SaaS environment a plus)
  • 100,000+ SKU’s
  • 50,000+ unique consumers / year
  • Extensive experience with SEM | SEO | Digital Advertising | Google Shopping
  • Prior experience with integrated multi-channel sales through
    • eBay
    • Amazon
  • Experience with Brand consolidation a plus
  • Experience with Magento a plus
