Our client is a high-growth home care and workforce management software platform, who has grown to become one of the most successful solution providers in child, and senior care in the U.S.
With annual growth > 60% yoy the last 3 years, they are expecting to continue that trajectory.
As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Chief Sales Officer who can:

The Role
This CSO position requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, foster collaboration, and ensure the effective use of resources to achieve revenue growth goals. As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales organization, managing a team of sales leaders, and developing initiatives that maximize revenue generation, customer acquisition, and market share expansion. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
As the leadership face to the customer, the CSO will lead the team in providing consistently excellent sales achievement and customer engagement by utilizing all available tools and resources efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue in a highly competitive market. Collaborating with the senior leadership team, the CSO will work directly with the executive team to meet and exceed the company’s growth objectives.
