Through custom built solutions they are able to service a high volume of new hire “events” providing a speedy yet quality turn around. For example, over 95% of criminal background checks are performed in under 2 hours.
As they continue to grow and take market share, they are looking for a CTO, who has experience leading and influencing technological direction.
Tonka Source is working directly with the CEO to search for and recruit the best candidate for this position.
The Role
You will interact directly with the CEO, Directors of IT and Development, among others to identify, prioritize, plan, and implement the vision for the organization and technology place in that vision
