Backed by a New York–based investment firm, the company has successfully scaled its operations and continues to invest in planning, process, technology, and execution excellence. With multiple divisions supporting industries such as construction and agriculture, leadership is deeply committed to disciplined delivery and cross-functional alignment.

To support continued growth, they are expanding their Project Management function and seeking a Project Manager who can operate as a trusted delivery leader across business and technology initiatives.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that sit at the intersection of operations, technology, and business growth. While you will not have direct reports, you will serve in a true leadership capacity, guiding teams, influencing executives, and driving outcomes.

  • Lead medium to large-scale projects across systems integration, ERP initiatives, process improvement, and go-to-market efforts
  • Partner closely with business leaders across multiple divisions to align execution with strategic objectives
  • Translate executive priorities into actionable plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning alongside senior leadership.
  • Identify risks early, anticipate delays, and adjust priorities to keep initiatives moving forward
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Operate within Agile frameworks using tools such as Azure DevOps and Smartsheets
  • Contribute to a growing PMO that values structure, accountability, and practical execution
