Our client has grown to become one of the most successful retail sellers of equipment in the United States, and they are on the grow!
This is a great opportunity to join a company driving significant growth. A 63 million dollar company a few years ago, they’ve grown to half a billion in 2023 and are set to achieve $1B in sales by 2025, through organic growth and acquisition.
Through a multi-channel, multi-brand e-commerce presence, their online business represents a significant amount of the company’s total annual revenue.
As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Support Manager, who has experience building a modern Help Desk system with KPI’s, SLA’s, Phone Queues, etc.
Tonka Source is working directly with the CTO, as well as the Director of IT to search for and recruit the best candidate for this position.
The Role
You will interact with the CTO, Director of IT, and others to identify, prioritize, plan, and implement the build out of a modern help desk team and ticketing system.
